Life Is A Mind Game

Becoming the master of your mind.

All is mind.

The universe is mental.

Use your mind in accordance with the universe and you will possess eternal knowledge.

The balance between wisdom, knowledge, and intelligence.

Knowledge

Everything you do that is worthwhile requires knowledge.

You don’t just start working out and immediately know where the weights are, how many sets to do, how many reps to do for maximum muscle growth and stimulation, how long should you rest, how much protein and other nutrients contribute towards muscle growth, etc.

Eventually you grasp these concepts by immersing yourself into the experience of working out. Through repetition you gain knowledge through experience.

You could also minimize the time needed to gain this knowledge by spending money to learn from people who possess the knowledge that you want. In the case of working out you might invest into a personal trainer, a nutritionist, a gym program, etc.

PS: The best way to spend money is to acquire knowledge, minimize failure, and optimize your time.

Intelligence

Eventually the knowledge that you possess needs to be aimed at achieving something worthwhile.

Ex. Do you want to go to the gym because you want to attract high quality women, channel your trapped emotions, or look better for yourself?

Or do you want to go to the gym because of the neurochemicals that are released that make you feel more motivated and better and contribute towards your focus?

Now the knowledge of the actual gym experience transcends towards why you are still going to the gym. This knowledge is called intelligence.

Intelligence is how and why you acquire certain bits of knowledge over others. Intelligence is the reason we don’t waste our time watching a 3-hour long documentary on how to build a boat when we don’t need a boat.

Your intelligence will determine what information you are acquiring/consuming to create a better/worse life for yourself.

You develop your state of intelligence through solving your problems with the knowledge that you have acquired.

Wisdom

Wisdom can also be described as eternal knowledge.

People that meditate will understand this.

The transformation that happens through becoming the observer of your thoughts is transcendent of our human nature because we enter a higher state of awareness.

This higher state of awareness can also be called the soul.

Your soul is eternally intelligent because hypothetically it exists in a field where time and space don’t exist. A higher dimension.

From this higher dimension your soul has already experienced past lives for the reason of learning. These lessons are manifested into our state of consciousness when we become present and strengthen the connection with our true being.

I understand this might sound hypothetical to the rationalists out there. And I completely get it. Why listen to me?

I can’t prove to you that a higher power exists. But I know there must be because of my own subjective experience.

I can only give you the tools to experience what I have experience. That. And only that will prove to you that God exists and there is a higher power.

How to unify the mind with your highest purpose.

The unification of your mind will happen when you become its master.

When you become the master of your mind through observation and awareness it becomes easier to act from a place of higher thinking.

This higher thinking encapsulates your wisdom, intelligence, and knowledge into one state of consciousness.

From this state of consciousness you are able to look at your life from a higher perspective.

This perspective will give you clarity on:

  • How you should spend your money.

  • How you are going to make money.

  • What habits are important to you.

  • What relationships are healthy.

  • What you are interested in.

  • Your purpose in the present moment and in this very lifetime.

Meditation is the most important practice for mastering your mind because it makes you aware that you are more than your thoughts.

Mind Over Matter

You might have heard of the placebo effect.

The placebo effect is your mind having influence over your body regarding your belief of what would happen when you consume a substance.

A study done by Alia Crum at Stanford University gave 2 groups the same milkshake but different information regarding caloric density.

Their perception of what was in the milkshake affected ghrelin levels (hunger hormone) significantly.

This means that your beliefs have an impact on your physiological process.

HOW AMAZING.

You literally have the power to influence your physiology through your psychology.

This means that your thoughts shape your reality.
