5 Aspects That Contribute Towards Your Best Self

If we take a look at people who live a genuinely good life we will notice that their health is a priority.
Mentally, Physically, Financially, Emotionally, and Spiritually.
Prioritize one and every aspect becomes important. Because they are all interconnected.
Your financial health will be impacted by your addiction to substances like alcohol or smoking.
Your money will amplify your current state of consciousness.
Although people who do have financial wealth have the advantage of using their money to spend on quality nutrition, gym memberships, yoga classes, premium educational content, etc.
If you are unhealthy most of your cashflow will be spent on unnecessary stuff such as drugs, cigarettes, vape juice, nights out, junk food, etc.
Your mental health is affected by your dependency on external stimulus to feel good in your own skin.
Your physical health is affected by an addiction to bad habits.
Health even impacts the way we treat other human beings.
Your health should be your main priority because it influences every aspect of your life.
Holistic Health includes mastering these aspects of your lifestyle:
Sleep
Nutrition
Diet
Fitness
Sunlight Exposure
Cold Exposure
Grounding
Finances
Creativity
Productivity
Emotions
Relationships
These are all very different on the surface but are interconnected.
Creativity contributes towards happiness because it brings joy.
Joyful creativity might even lead to better productivity because it is easier to stay focused on something you enjoy.
Increased productivity combined with a meaningful message or valuable information contributes towards better business and more money (financial wealth).
Good cognitive health allows you to be more productive.
Good physical health makes you feel your best and allows you to perform better on certain tasks. For example, exercise allows you to focus better because of increased bloodflow and oxygenation to the brain. This boosts your cognitive ability to be more productive.
Good mental health influences the way you interact with the world, treat yourself, and how you treat people that are close to you. Happy people will always want to share that happiness and love with other individuals because that is the very nature of higher vibrational states.
Spiritual wellbeing grounds our entire sense of purpose in that which is meaningful. By connect deeper with your true self you start to connect deeper with your highest purpose. This is the purpose that forms your vision for the future, goals you need to reach to move closer towards that vision, and gives you abundant energy to pursue these endeavors.
Can you see how these aspects of our health and wealth are interconnected?
So imagine you put in the work to make your health a priority and you suddenly take all the energy that you have gained from your health and direct that towards a meaningful goal.
You will easily separate yourself from those who don’t take care of themselves. You will feel better and more grounded while growing in your professional life.
The Importance Of Environment
Do you think that someone who does not respect their body and damages their health will respect yours? Do you think that someone with negative thought patterns will magically treat you with positivity and love?
I see this happen over and over with people who smoke. They don’t really think about the fact that their bad habit is affecting others around them that don’t smoke. I even see women carrying a child smoking a cigarette. It’s disgusting and selfish.
Anyways…
My point is that you should surround yourself with people who respect every aspect of their health so you can form healthy connections with like-minded human beings. The sad truth is that the majority of people are actually not concerned about their health. So it is best to focus on yourself and become happy with your own company. You will end up attracting these people into your life the more you immerse yourself into environment where good habits are normal.
Choosing The Right Habits
James Clear has made it important to me that your habits directly reflect your identity and vice versa. This means that you are your habits to a certain degree.
The habits that you choose to stay consistent with will ultimately form your future.
If you make it a habit to do focused work on a daily basis aimed at building an online business you will eventually self-correct mistakes along the way and learn important lessons that will contribute towards your online business. Combine that with educating yourself and you will save yourself lots of struggle.
If you choose to stay consistent with exercise and genuinely become interested in fitness, health, and nutrition you will see changes within the first 2 months or so.
All you need to do is choose priority habits that you know will contribute towards your dream life and repeat them as you see fit.
The most important thing to remember is that you must start. Enter with boldness.
Accept that you are going to fail or look dumb. Everyone was there. That is why people who are ahead of you won’t necessarily judge you.
A good example is the gym environment. The biggest fear people have that keeps them from going to the gym is the fear of what experienced bodybuilders or athletes might think of them when in reality they are actually fully willing to help and offer advice if you ask.
Thankfully we have the internet. We have so much information available to us compared to previous generations. We can work with mentors online that help us generate income, personal trainers giving us gym advice, scientists like Andrew Huberman making quality science for everyday life accessible to the public. What a time to be alive.
The Role Of Education
Our generation has the privilege to learn from the best through the internet.
People are losing interest in universities and centralized educational institutions because of the fact that the internet is providing free knowledge that centralized educational systems simply can’t compete with.
My point is that there are mentors, creators, and coaches that are able to help you with your specific goals personally for better prices presented by the traditional way of going to university for a diploma so you can work a 9-5.
I believe that there are better ways to:
Make money
Produce meaningful work
Live your best life
There are already hundreds of individuals and companies sharing specific knowledge gained through experience of life in the creator economy. it is basically the new school system. You can learn from millionaires and top business coaches what their methods are for achieving success. You can purchase training plans from the world’s best personal trainers. You can purchase a service from health/lifestyle coaches whose methods resonate with you.
We are in the middle of an educational renaissance.
Creativity Is Your Superpower
You have the ability to create whatever you imagine. Part of this requires you to become fully educated in the areas that can make this happen.
Ex. Want to become a superstar DJ and Music Producer. Learn Sound Design, Networking, DJ courses, and Content Creation. These are skills that you can use to make a name for yourself in the industry while being fully competent at the tools used to make music and play it to a crowd.
Creativity is a superpower. A superpower made up of many skills to fully actualize your creative potential in a way that it can positively contribute towards your life and others.
Imagine you stopped listening to people that tell you there is no career path for creatives and instead:
Create your own vision
Emulate those that have made it a success
Learn all the necessary skills required to actualize your creative potential
The hardest part is having clarity on exactly what you need to do to make a success from creative living.

Why spend your money on the traditional education system to learn business from someone who only knows about theory.
The internet has made it possible for individuals to have more business opportunities and learn from those who have succeeded at business for cheaper than most universities.
The Internet is ultimately your best friend in the modern era if you know how to implement disciplined action and not get distracted by meaningless entertainment and cheap dopamine. (Maybe a post for next week)
Action Steps
Research all aspects of health including sleep, diet, nutrition, movement, flexibility, fitness, muscle building, and outdoor benefits to feel your best and nourish your human vessel.
Stay away from toxic environments.
Prioritize good habits. (Try and replace your negative habits with better habits that give you the same sort of outcome.)
Educate yourself to the point where you have enough knowledge to actualize your dream life.
Develop your creative ability for a fulfilling career and meaningful work.
